Meet Terry Hubbard of Peak Environmental.
Terry joined our Board of Directors in 2025 and has been a wonderful addition to the Board.
Here is a quick chat about why he is involved with Rebuilding Together Saratoga County.
What is your connection to Rebuilding Together Saratoga and why did you join the Board?
In 2018, I was asked by Paul Lambert, a past president, to help out a family in Saratoga who had 2 young boys in wheel chairs and needed a new walkway from there wheelchair ramp to the driveway. In 2020, I was the musical entertainment for a RTSC fundraising event at the Saratoga Winery. Since then my company Peak Environmental has been a donor and I also volunteer every year to be a greeter for the Showcase of Homes.
What is your favorite ice cream flavor or favorite dessert?
Stewarts Carmel Cone Crunch. It only comes in a pint, I am lobbying them now to make it in the half gallon!
We are glad to have Terry on our Board!

Meet Stephanie Lamphere of Clean Green Hauling & Removal.
Stephanie joined our Board of Directors in 2025 and has been a wonderful addition to the Board.
Here is a quick chat about why she is involved with Rebuilding Together Saratoga County.
I’d been shopping at the ReShop for the Good store in Ballston Spa for years without realizing what their proceeds actually support. When my husband and I started our junk removal business, Clean Green Hauling & Removal, in 2022, we began donating furniture and other household items to the ReShop, and I finally connected the dots. I loved helping the mission indirectly by providing products to the shop, and I also loved the work RTSC was doing in the community. As our business grew, we became more involved with the shop, and in 2024, we were thrilled to be honored with RTSC’s Community Partner award. That same year, I began the Saratoga County Chamber’s Leadership Saratoga program, which prepares participants to be productive board members and community leaders, and helps identify their interests and hone their strengths. For me, joining the RTSC board was a natural fit, and I’m very excited to put my skills and passions to use on the organization’s behalf.
My favorite ice cream flavor is Stewart’s Shops Adirondack Bear Paw, which sadly has been discontinued in the half-gallon size. But they still carry it in pint sizes, so I regularly embark on my own personal scavenger hunt to find it at Stewart’s Shops throughout the area!
Meet Danny Nazzaro of AIM services.
Danny joined our Board of Directors in 2026 and has been a wonderful addition to the Board.
Here is a quick chat about why he is involved with Rebuilding Together Saratoga County:
What is your connection to Rebuilding Together Saratoga and why did you join the Board?
AIM Services, my current employer, has maintained a longstanding relationship with Rebuilding Together Saratoga, and our CEO, Chris Lyons, originally made the introduction. Through that connection, I’ve had the opportunity to see firsthand the impact of the organization’s work. My personal and professional experiences, combined with a strong desire to give back to my community, inspired me to pursue board membership and contribute to such a meaningful mission.
On a serious note, my favorite ice cream is Tillamook Waffle Cone Swirl, and my favorite dessert is Crème Brûlée. I’ve tried it all over the tri-state area, but Fresh Market has the best one yet.

We’ve kicked off our Spring workdays these past 2 weeks with projects helping our homeowners.
We are so excited to share all the projects we have coming up with you. If you and your group are looking to get involved, please email Clarice at clarice@rtsaratoga.org.

Meet Jeana Labas of Kodiak Construction.
Jeana joined our Board of Directors in 2025 and has been a wonderful addition to the Board.
Here is a quick chat about why she is involved with Rebuilding Together Saratoga County:
What is your connection to Rebuilding Together Saratoga and why did you join the Board?
My connection to Rebuilding Together Saratoga began during my time with Kodiak Construction, where I’ve seen the owners actively support the organization and witnessed its meaningful impact on our local community. Seeing firsthand how Rebuilding Together helps neighbors remain safe and independent in their homes inspired me to be more involved. Joining the board is an honor and has given me an opportunity to give back and support a mission I believe in.
What is your favorite ice cream flavor or favorite dessert?
I love soft serve vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles.
Thank you Jeana!
Rebuilding Together Saratoga County held the first Board of Directors meeting of 2026 by ringing and voting in new positions and welcoming new members.
