GLEN FALLS, NY—May 20, 2025— Rebuilding Together Saratoga County, has partnered with The Brothers That Just Do Gutters Capital District to deliver a professionally installed gutter system to Navy veteran Charles Winchell and his family through the national “Gutters for Good” initiative. This charitable program provides no-cost, professional-grade gutter systems to deserving veteran homeowners across the country.
Winchell, a Navy veteran who served six years active duty and four years in the reserves, lives with his wife, their two disabled adult children, and a special needs foster son. The new seamless gutter system will help prevent water damage and improve safety at their Saratoga County home.
“This gutter system is going to make a big difference for us,” said Charles Winchell. “Our family faces a lot of challenges every day, and to have something like this taken care of—something we couldn’t afford on our own—it means the world to us.”
The installation will be completed by Patrick Neill, owner of The Brothers That Just Do Gutters Capital District franchise and his team of employees. Other sponsors contributing to the project include Rebuilding Together Saratoga County, Atlantic Gutter Supply, Universal Manufacturing & Design ONE Gutter Guard, Cintas and the Albany Times-Union.

A veteran himself, Patrick Neill enlisted in the military after the events of 9/11, later earning admission to West Point. He served 13 years and was medically retired from the U.S. Army as a Captain.
“As a veteran-owned business, giving back to the veteran community through ‘Gutters for Good’ is personal for us,” said Neill. “We are honored to serve a family that has given so much to others. We’ve received incredible support from the local community and like-minded businesses, and we are grateful to serve a community where sacrifice is remembered, and service is respected. At The Brothers That Just Do Gutters, we believe in doing more than just installing gutters—we believe in making a difference where it matters most.”

The project is being carried out in partnership with Rebuilding Together Saratoga County, a nonprofit dedicated to repairing homes and revitalizing communities for those in need.
“This initiative reflects the heart of our mission—bringing together community partners to ensure families like the Winchells live in safe and healthy homes,” said Michelle Larkin, Executive Director of Rebuilding Together Saratoga County. “We are grateful to The Brothers That Just Do Gutters for their leadership and generosity.”
Seamless gutter systems offer long-lasting protection by minimizing leaks and enhancing durability. The Brothers That Just Do Gutters uses on-site fabrication and high-quality materials to ensure each installation is tailored to the home’s structure and weather demands.
